2025 MLS Co-Op Replay - SD at LA (2-23-2025)

23 February 2025: The inaugural campaign for San Diego FC got off to a rollicking start when, only five minutes into their history, Anders Dreyer was tripped from behind in the area by Edwin Cerillo and calmly slotted home the penalty for a 1-0 SDFC lead before many of the Angelenos had settled in their seats. While both clubs shared the possession equally as the game developed, San Diego were the side able to use their time on the ball to create chances while the Galaxy struggled to find solutions to the San Diego defense. LA's frustration began to surface as they accrued three yellow cards in the first half, two in the final twenty minutes.

2025 CFL Co-Op Replay: Week 2, BC at WPG

In a display that probably set football back twenty years, the Lions and Bombers combined to fumble six times, punt eighteen times and score a grand total of one touchdown as BC defeated short-handed Winnipeg at Princess Auto Stadium. The Bombers, missing starting QB Zach Collaros to a one-game suspension for an off-season drug testing issue, out gained British Columbia but were ineffective in scoring areas and paid the price for two missed field goals by Sergio Castillo. The Lions did barely enough to win, getting the one big strike required to score the game’s only major early in the second quarter and then holding on as Winnipeg stalled out three times in Lion territory in the fourth quarter.

2025 CFL Co-Op Replay: Week 1, EDM at BC

In a contest that didn’t seem as close as the final score indicated, the Lions pulled clear after half time behind the running of James Butler and then withstood a fourth-quarter Edmonton rally. The first quarter saw a fair bit of ball movement, but neither side could crack the end zone; the Elks got into position for two FGs behind a 54-yard throw from Ford to Dunbar on their first possession, and a 36-yard kickoff return by Smith midway through the quarter. BC got one three-pointer of their own after a short kickoff and a 24-yard strike from Rourke to Jackson.
