Red Sox 8, Yankees 6: Stuffy McInnis' two-run single in the 11th inning proved to be the difference as the Sox outlasted New York. McInnis had three hits, Babe Ruth reached base four times, and Wally Schang walked three times for Boston, while Ping Bodie had three hits for the Yankees. [box]
